BID DAY COORDINATION

C-BID tailors the intensity of bid day coordination to suit the project and client’s needs in order to ensure cost-effective, yet detailed, supervision of projects in the bidding process. Combined with C-BID’s RFP Disbursement, our staff will effectively coordinate the bidding process for our clients when needed, allowing them to focus on current projects under construction as well as other daily duties. Our Bid Day Coordination provides an incredible value-add to the process, at very aggressive per project fees.

Through our extensive knowledge of the construction bid process across thousands of projects completed, we ensure that all RFI’s are received in a timely manner as well as investigated to ensure qualified bids with successful results without undue stress, complications or delays.

C-BID will act as the professional liaison between the bidding subcontractors and general contractor, alleviating multiple phone calls and emails and enhancing bid day organization.

On bid day, subcontractors are encouraged to forward their bid via email, however a dedicated never busy fax line is ready and waiting to accept all incoming bids for us to compile and formulate on your behalf. At C-BID we inherit your project as if it were our own.
